The Story
Kadhi Pakora is Punjabi soul food: yogurt and chickpea flour whisked smooth, simmered until mellow, then lifted with a crackling tadka of cumin, dried chilli and fenugreek. Besan pakoras nested in the kadhi soak up the tang — bright, soothing, and meant for generous ladles over steamed rice.
